Your photo and contact information are linked to your Church Center account. Keeping them current means we can stay in touch with you — and it means other members can recognize you in the directory.
We'd encourage you to check your details once, then update them whenever your phone number, email, or address changes.
⚠ Church Center logs you in by sending a code to your phone or email. If you get a new phone number and don’t update your profile, that code will go to your old number — and you may not be able to log back in. Please update your profile as soon as you can after changing numbers.
Open Your Profile
Tap the person icon, or your photo, in the upper right corner.
This opens the Me section, where you can see the settings for your account. Select My profile and settings to view your contact information, household, and preferences.
Select Contact & profile information to see your photo and contact details.
Add Your Photo
Tap Update Photo. You can choose an existing photo from your library or take a new one. When you're done, tap Update in the upper right corner.
If your photo looks off-center or doesn't display correctly, go back to the original image, duplicate it, crop the duplicate, and save it to your camera roll — then upload the cropped version.
Check Your Contact Details
Scroll through your profile to review your photo, phone number(s), email, and address.
To change a phone number, select it and edit it directly.
To remove one, tap the red minus icon to its left.
To add one, select the green Add Phone and enter the new number.
Further down you'll find your name, gender, birthdate, grade, school, marital status, and anniversary. Some of these fields are locked and can only be changed by a church administrator — if something there is wrong, let us know.
ⓘ For security, you can’t change locked fields such as your name and birthday. Please contact the church office if the information in one of those fields is incorrect.
Medical Notes
Each profile has a medical notes section, and we'd ask you to fill it in for yourself and your family with basic medical information and any food allergies.
This matters most for children — these notes are shared with our nursery, child care, and Sunday school volunteers as part of your child's profile.
When you've finished, tap Update to save.
Your Household
To add photos or update details for the rest of your family, select the Household section. Any adult in a household can update photos and profiles for the other members.
When you're done, tap Update to save.
